Productivity Split:
Man Days: The number of days a user is expected to work based on configured working hours.
Underworked / Overworked Days: Indicates how many days the user worked less or more than the expected hours.
Healthy Days: Shows the days the user worked as per company policy and standard working hours.
Note: All data can be viewed by Employee, Team, or Manager level.
