How to View Live Screens
Follow the steps below to view employee live screens under the Office TV module in Time Champ:
Step 1:
Before viewing live screens, ensure that Live Streaming is enabled under Configurations in the Administration module.
Step 2:
From the left-hand menu, click on the Office TV module.
Step 2:
Navigate to Live Screens.
Step 3:
In the Live Screens tab, you can view all employee screens in real time.
If a user is online, their live screen will be visible.
If a user is offline, their status will appear as Offline.
Step 4:
Select the employee whose live screen you want to view.
Step 5:
Click on the employee’s live screen to open it in full-screen mode.
Step 6:
To easily monitor specific employees, you can add them to Favorites.
Click the star icon at the top-right corner of the live screen to mark them as a favorite.
Step 7:
Navigate to the Favorites tab under Office TV to view the live screens of your favorite employees.
If the tracker is not installed on a user’s system, you will see the message “Tracker Not Installed” in place of their live screen.
