How to View Time Claims in V3
Follow the steps below to navigate and understand the Time Claim section in the Time Tracker module of Time Champ:
Step 1:
Log in to your Time Champ account.
Under the Time Tracker section, click on Time Claim
The Time Claim Dashboard will appear, displaying all submitted time claim request.

Step 2:
The Time Claim feature allows users to request adjustments for time that was not tracked as working hours due to specific reasons such as meetings or system inactivty
When a user is away from the system during a meeting or work-related activity, the system records that duration as Idle Time.
To correct this, the user can apply for a Time Claim to convert that idle duration into Working Time.
Once submitted, the Super Admin can review, approve, or reject the claim.
Step 3:
The Super Admin or authorized user can view all submitted Time Claims.
Each claim will include the user details, time period, and reason for the claim.
Based on the validity of the request, the reviewer can either
approve (marking the duration as working time) or
reject the claim.
Step 4:You can view all
Time Claims based on:
Employees
Teams
Managers
