Understanding Trends

  1. Step 1: Navigation To Trends

    Click on the Productivity Module and select Trends Section as shown in the below image.


  1. Step 2: The highlighted area in the below image shows the metrics of productivity time which are as follows -

    Working hours: Displays the total time worked by the user, including both productive, non-productive and neutral time activities.

    Productive hours: Displays the duration the user spent on productive applications and websites related to work.

    Non - Productive hours: Displays the duration the user spent on non - productive applications and websites not related to work.

    Neutral Hours: Displays the duration the user spent on neutral applications and websites which are neither productive nor non - productive.

    Away Hours: Indicates the time the user was away from the system and not engaged in any activity on the system.



    1. Step 3: Productive Activity

      This section displays a breakdown chart of the most used applications and websites, where the colors represent the productive, non-productive, and neutral states of the apps and URLs.


    1. Step 4:  Productivity Break Down

      Numerical Breakdown of the working hours, productive hours, non - productive hours, neutral hours and away hours with current day, previous and average current week data.



    2. Step 5: Application Groups

      Application group wise break down shown in the type of productivity split into productive, non-productive and neutral along with the time the overall URLs and apps in that application group were used.



    3. Step 6: Application Group Break down

      Application group wise break down for a current day, previous day and average current week data of the duration each application group was utilized for.



    4. Step 7: Category Activity

      A graphical break down of the categories which is a high level view containing bundles of application groups used for the current day
