How to Understand Trends in Productivity
Follow the steps below to navigate and understand the Trends section under the Productivity module in Time Champ:
Step 1:
Log in to your Time Champ account.
Under the Productivity section, click on Trends.
The Trends Dashboard will appear, showing detailed analytics on user productivity and work behavior.

Step 2:
The Trends section provides a detailed overview of user activity categorized by different time types
Working Time
Displays the total time worked by the user, including both productive and non-productive activities.
Productive Time
Shows the duration the user spent on productive applications and websites related to work.
Non-Productive Time
Displays the time spent on non-work-related Applications and websites.
Neutral Time
Represents the duration spent on neutral applications or tasks that are neither productive nor nonproductive.
Away time
Indicates the time the user was away from the system and not engaged in any activity.
You can also view the Category Breakdown and Category Activity to understand how users spend their time across various applications and websites.
Category Breakdown
Shows the distribution of time spent by users on different application categories, helping to identify how work hours are utilized across various tools and platforms.

Category Activity
Displays the same category-wise time usage data in the form of a pie chart, providing a visual summary of time allocation.

Step 3:
You can view all productivity trends by selecting the desired category on the left side of the page:
Employee
Team
Manager
