Follow the steps below to navigate and configure applications under the Configure Apps section in the Productivity module of Time Champ:
Step 1:
Log in to your Time Champ account.
Under the Productivity section, click on Configure Apps.
The Configure Apps Dashboard will appear, allowing you to categorize applications based on their usage type.
Step 2:
In this section, you can classify the applications used by employees into two categories:
Productive Applications — Work-related or business-use applications.
Non-Productive Applications — Non-work-related or unproductive applications.
These classifications directly impact how time is reflected in the Trends and Productivity Reports.
Step 3:
To create a new rule for application classification:
Click on the Add Rule button.

Enter the following details:
Application Name: The name of the application you want to classify.
Category: Select the relevant category for the application (e.g., Communication, Development, Browsing).
Type: Choose whether the application is Productive or Non-Productive.
Once all details are entered, click Add to save the rule.

Step 4:
You can configure and assign Productive or Non-Productive applications for specific teams.
