How to Configure Notifications

Follow the steps below to enable or disable Notifications under the Administration module:
Step 1:
Log in to your Time Champ account.
From the left-hand menu, click on the Administration module.



Step 2:
Under the Administration module, navigate to Configurations.



Step 3:
In the Configurations section, you can enable or disable the following notification types based on your organization’s preferences.



Tracker Email to Manager for Approving Away Time as Working Time
→ Sends an email to the manager to approve employee away time (such as meetings or client calls) as working hours.
Daily Summary Report
→ Sends a daily summary report highlighting employee activities, productivity, and working hours.
Not Meeting the Minimum Time Requirement
→ Sends a notification if an employee’s total working hours fall short of the minimum required time.
Late Login Notification
→ Alerts when an employee logs in later than the scheduled start time.
Manager Daily Summary Notification
→ Sends a daily productivity and attendance summary to managers for their respective teams.
Company Level Productivity Notification
→ Provides a company-wide productivity report or alerts on performance trends.
Time Tracker Suspicious Notification
→ Notifies the manager if suspicious activity is detected (e.g., repetitive key presses or using objects to mimic activity).
Tracker Idle Alert to Manager
→ Alerts the manager when an employee’s system remains idle for an extended period.
Work Start Notification
→ Sends a notification when an employee begins work or system activity for the day.

Step 4:
You can choose whether or not to receive emails for these notifications.
Additionally, you can disable specific users from receiving emails by blocking them in the system.
