To raise a support ticket, simply send an email to support@timechamp.io. This will automatically generate a ticket in our system.
Once you raise a ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with your Ticket ID.
If you wish to view all the tickets you've raised and manage them:
Reply to the email with your Ticket ID, requesting account activation to access the portal.
After your account is activated, you will receive another email with instructions to set your login credentials.
Once your credentials are set, you can log in to the portal where you will be able to:
View all the tickets you have raised.
Check the status of each ticket.
Communicate directly with the support team regarding your tickets.
