How to change the idle time for applications or sites present within an application group in a productive profile?
Follow the steps to add new productivity profile.
Step 1:
Log into the site utilizing your credentials.

Navigate to the Productivity Module and then to the Configure Apps section.

Step 3:
Navigate to the Productivity Profile Sub Section.
Navigate to the Productivity Profile Sub Section.
Step 4:
Select the Productivity Profile you would like to make the changes at. Here for example, we have chosen default which is the organization productivity profile.
As highlighted in the below image click on the edit option for the application group you would like to make changes for.

Step 5:
Now you can set the idle time as no idle time, or a custom idle time out period or change back to default which is the idle time set at organization level for this application group.
