How to change productive profile at User Level?
Follow the steps to select productive profile at User level.
Step 1:
Log into the site utilizing your credentials.

Navigate to the Administration Module and then to the Users section.

Now you can view the edit option in the highlighted area in the below image.

Step 4:
Now you select any productive profile as shown in the highlighted area in the below image to make selective changes at user level.
Any changes made within the user level subsection will override the complete subsection corresponding to the configuration set at both the organization level and team level. Please ensure these settings are configured carefully to avoid any disruptions.
