How to enable Screen Shots and Setup the Screen Shot frequency?
Step 1:
Log into the site utilizing your credentials.
Navigate to the Administration Module and then to the configuration section.
Now you can view the Screenshots options in the highlighted area in the below image.

Enabling the screenshot option allows the application to capture screenshots.What is the screenshot Frequency
This setting allows the organization to define the interval at which screenshots should be taken, for example, one every 5 minutes or one every 10 minutes. Please note that screenshots are taken at a random moment within the selected interval. For instance, with a "one every 5 minutes" configuration, the screenshot can be captured at any point within each 5-minute range.Should the Screenshots be blurred?
Enabling this option will blur the screenshots for security purposes, in accordance with organizational policy.Can the screenshots be deleted by the user?
This option allows users to delete the screenshots if permitted.
