How to enable Screen and Audio Recordings and Add Scheduling for Screen Recordings?

Follow the steps to configure Screen and Audio Recording.

This article includes the procedure to enable screen recording (step 4a) and add 
screen recording Schedule (step 4b), enable audio recording (step 4e), editing (step 4c) and deleting (step 4d) screen recording schedule.

Step 1:
Log into the site utilizing your credentials.



Step 2:
Navigate to the Administration Module and the to the Advanced Section.



Step 3:
Navigate to the Recording Configurations Sub section.



Step 4a: To enable screen recording.
In the highlighted are below you can enable screen recording.



Step 4b: To schedule Screen Recordings.
In the highlighted area below, you can add a screen recording schedule.




Notes
This allows the application to record and save the video otherwise there will be no recordings.

Step 4c: To Edit recording schedule.
In the highlighted area below, you can edit the Schedule.



Step 4d: To Delete recoding Schedule.
In the highlighted area below, you can delete the schedule.



Step 4e: To enable Audio recording
In the highlighted area below, you can enable audio recording along with the screen recording with the options to either record input audio or the output audio or both input and output audio.
