How to add multiple users and bulk add users using excel file?
Follow the steps to bulk add users.
Step 1:
Log into the site utilizing your credentials.

Step 2:
Navigate to the Administration Module and then to the Users section.
Step 3a:
Now you can view the add user option in the highlighted area. Upon clicking you will have to select add multiple users in the dropdown menu.
This will allow you to add multiple users in one go.
Step 3b:
Alternatively, you may opt to Export the user data in Excel format from the section highlighted in the image below.
Once the file has been exported, kindly update it by adding the required users, ensuring that the data strictly adheres to the structure and format provided in the sample Excel file.
After completing the necessary modifications, please proceed to the Import option in the highlighted section and this will allow you to add users using excel.
