Configuring Working Hours

Step 1: Navigate to Administration module.


Step 2: Navigate to Advanced.


Step 3: Select Organization and working hours.



Step 4: Here you can configure under time and over time the employees are set to be worked.



Can also configure-
Minimum working hours to consider as half-day: The minimum number of hours an employee must work in a day on the system to mark it as a half-day instead of absent.
Minimum working hours to consider as full-day: The minimum number of hours an employee must work in a day on the system to mark it as a full working day.
Step 5: To configure the working hours, Select days and configure the time the employee is supposed to work on those days.



You can set target working hours for employees and assign different working hours for different days of the week.
To do this, click on Create New Group, add the desired days, and configure the timings.

Note: The days selected in the new group will be automatically disabled in the previous group.


Step 6: Tracking hours
Note: If working hours are enabled but tracking hours are not, the data will not be captured from the employee’s system.



Select the tracking days and configure the time during which you want to track your employees.
You can also set different tracking hours for different days of the week.
To do this, click on Create New Group, add the desired days, and configure the timings.

Note: The days selected in the new group will be automatically disabled in the previous group.


Step 7: To add fixed breaks to the organization, you can add it in fixed breaks 
Select days and configure timings for the break.



Note: Click on Save option after making all these configurations.
