Productivity Trends

Step 1Navigate to Productivity module. 


In the productivity module, you can see the employee detailed productivity information. 
Step 2: Navigate to trends tab. 


Here you can see some widgets. 

Working hours: The total time includes the sum of Productive time, Non-Productive time, and Neutral time. 

Productive hours: The amount of time spent on productive apps and websites during working hours. 

Non-productive hours: The amount of time spent on non-productive apps and websites during working hours. 

Neutral hours: The amount of time spent on uncategorized apps and websites during working hours. 

Away hours: Combination of offline time, idle time, break time. 



Time bar: 

Shows a breakdown of time spent hourly, color-coded by activity (green for productive, red for non-productive, blue for

neutral, grey for away, and yellow for idle). 

 


Productive Activity: 

Total working is broken down into productive, non-productive and neutral hours and displayed as a pie chart along with percentage. 

 

Productive Break down table: 

 

This section includes a table with key statistics on the activity for today, yesterday, and the entire running week.

Activity includes Working Time, Productive Time, Non-Productive Time, Neutral Time and Away Time. 

In each row, you can view the number of hours along with any changes in percentages of time relative to expected hours

are shown and represented with an up arrow if the time exceeds the expected hours or a down arrow, if it does not. 

You can view all the productive, non-productive, and neutral application groups accessed by the employee, along with the corresponding duration for each.


Category Break Down: 

 

It compares the time spent across different categories for today, yesterday, and this week.

Within the Categories section, the working time is broken down by category, displaying the percentage of time spent on each.

Time Line :

In the Time Line, you can see how the employee spent the total time.
