Step 1: Navigate to Productivity
Step 2: Navigate to Configure Apps
Here you can see all the applications and websites used by the employees.
Step 3: Here, you can mark the productivity status of applications and websites.
Any applications or websites that are not marked as productive or non-productive will be categorized as neutral.
To change the category of Application, Click on the category beside the application name.
You can also add new category by clicking on Add Category.
Step 4: To add a new application or website manually, Click on Add new rule.
Step 5: Provide the details and click on Add
Click on Filters to easily search for specific applications and websites.
Productive time, non-productive time, and neutral time are calculated based on the duration spent on applications and their assigned productivity type.
