How to Configure screen recordings

Step 1: Navigate to Administration module.


Step 2: Navigate to Advanced.


Step 3: Select Organization and Recording Configuration.



Step 4: To capture screen recordings, You must have to enable the screen recordings here.

 

Step 5: To include audio recording in the screen recording, you have to enable this option.




Step 6: To capture the screen recordings, you have to schedule the timings for sure .



Step 7: Provide the details and click on save.



You can also recurring recording schedule. Here you can select particular days in a week you want to capture the recording.



Step 8: To edit the existing recording schedule, Click on edit option.



Step 9: To delete the scheduled recording, click on delete option.
