Step 1: To view live screens, you have to enable live streaming in configurations.

Step 2: To view live screens, Navigate to Office TV module.

Step 3: Navigate to Live screens.
Step 4: You can view all employee screens in the Live Screen tab.
If a user is online, you can see their live screen in real time.
If a user is offline, their status will be shown as offline in the Live Screen section.
Select the employee whose live screen you want to view.
Step 5: Click on the employee’s screen to open it in full-screen view.
Step 6: To view an employee’s screen frequently, you can add them to your favorites.
To add an employee to favorites, click the star icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 7: Navigate to favorites, to see the live screen of employee in favorites tab.
If the tracker is not installed on the user’s system, you will see the “Tracker Not Installed” status on the live screen.
