Step 1: Login to your Time champ account with credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Time tracker.

Step 3: Navigate to Attendance tab.
Step 4: Select organization in the user level.
Team Count: The total number of members in the organization.
On Leave: It shows the number of employees who were on leave for the day, and the leave must be an approved leave.
Present: This shows the number of employees who were marked present by using their tracked data.
Absent: This shows the number of employees who were marked absent by taking their tracked data into consideration.
Note: The option "Mark attendance based on tracked data" must be enabled in the user profile while adding or editing.
Online: The total number of online employees, i.e., working currently in the organization.
Offline: The total number of offline employees, i.e., at break or idle currently in the organization.
Idle: The number of employees who were idle for a period of time will be displayed here.
Attention Needed: If the tracked data is not syncing to the system, then it counts the employee in the attention needed status.
If the tracker is not installed or desktop is not assigned to the user, "Desktop not assigned" appears beside their name in the attendance.
